Last Week, Casper’s premier venue, Events at the M, was transformed into a dazzling scene reminiscent of the luxurious Monte Carlo casinos. The occasion? A charity event orchestrated by none other than Jeff Zenisek, a financial advisor with Edward Jones Financial. The Monte Carlo Night wasn't just about glitz and glamour; it was a heartfelt effort to support a noble cause—the Unaccompanied Student Initiative (USI), which aids unaccompanied youth in our community.
Our involvement with USI, through Checked In Media, has been ongoing for the last couple of years, focusing on enhancing their visibility and effectiveness through television advertising and video production. This year, we took a significant step further by collaborating with KCWY News 13, which generously donated advertising space. We at Checked In Media created a commercial as our contribution, ensuring the event received the attention it deserved.
Additionally, we embarked on an exciting venture to revamp USI's digital presence. Recognizing the need for a more efficient donation process, we collaborated with JM Web and Design to create a sophisticated e-commerce platform. The talented Jose Moralez, who runs JM Web and Design and is well-regarded as one of Casper’s top web developers, spearheaded this project. His expertise ensured a seamless integration of the Stripe payment tool, facilitating a more accessible and secure method for donors to contribute to USI.
Although I could not attend the Monte Carlo Night myself, the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive. The event was a resounding success, marked by an auction that featured a much-talked-about golf cart. This evening was not just a testament to our community's spirit but also a reflection of Jeff Zenisek's commitment to making a difference in the lives of our youth.
